Geyser Grill at Old Faitdful Snow Lodge in Yellowstone National Park

the food is decent, it’s the staff here that make it outstanding

Not a good experience with the grill. The burgers had No taste, seemed frozen. The chili dog looked as though the hot dog had been cooking in water all day. The chili was a poor taste. Not much around, but I wouldn't recommend either.

Crowded location with overpriced fast food that wasn't that good. There are several other food locations in the area that are better.

Worst experience of my whole trip! Yuck Cold mass produced burgers, Ice onions, cold limp fries. This is shoulder season when they were not busy. Served up by staff that was hard of hearing and rude. Please the NPS should just replace this with a fast food chain! My Xanterra experience was Horrible!

“Natural” chicken sandwich was a round hockey puck of compressed chicken parts. Hot dog looked grey. The fries were good, but overpriced sandwiches and dogs were terrible.

FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. Such a letdown. Prices were great but I'd much rather pay a few extra dollars for something edible!! Yellowstone's views made up for the awful food.

I ate here with a large group. Every burger ordered, that I was able to see, was not cooked through. We brought this to the attention of the staff, and they replaced the food with more undercooked burgers. The salmon burger was the exact opposite of appetizing, looking like frozen cafeteria food. The food in general would be somewhat acceptable at cheap cafeteria prices, as that's what the quality is reminiscent of, but prices are on the higher end of a fast food spectrum.

Don't get the salmon burger!! It was disgusting, and also one of the most expensive menu items. It was a tiny, dry, processed patty, that tasted awful! I should have gotten one of the kiddie meals with a hot dog like I did for my kids! A huge hot dog, fries and a drink that cost less than the salmon burger with no drink and fries.

This is not a grill. It’s a fast food joint. If you’re looking for good food, skip it.

The double bacon cheesburger is ok. Very Long Line and it took a long time to order and get the food. Also there was a woman that was sitting behind us and she was biting her toenails for more than 1 hour. This behavior is unacceptable and the staff should have removed her from the restaurant. Absolutely disgusting.

I agree, the food was terrible. Wish I would've had phone service so i could've seen these reviews before we ate there. Literally the worst burger I've had, tastes just like they used to serve at school! Spend a little more for something edible.

There is a long line at the cash register two older food. The food wasn't that great. The service was slow at the cash register. That place wasn't very clean. They need more help there. Hamburger wasn't fresh

I love visiting Old Faithful! A truly Amazing history! Definitely listen to the guide! A wealth of information! Unfortunately, the grill was not so good. Very cold Burgers, adequate food. I recommend the sit down restaurant. Much nicer! Better food! And nice view

This is a suggestion to all come at the beginning or end of the day for the best and freshest food. Yes, at times, it can be chaotic but that is after Old Faithful has erupted and everyone wants food or Knick knacks. If you want to have a quieter experience, go between geyser eruptions. There can be a wait since a lot of other folks want food as well. There is limited seating but we encourage all to go sit outside to enjoy the fabulousness of the first and best national parks. We also have a espresso carts in winters at Snow Lodge and in summer at the old faithful inn. It’s not Starbucks but it’s really great coffee.

High priced, self satisfied and seldom missed an opportunity to disappoint us during our stay. Room was fine if a bit oddly designed.Most customer facing staff were friendly and professional. IT was early 20th Century.There was no cell coverage so decent Wi-fi is a "must". Unfortunately, Wi-fi only worked in the lobby which was already overcrowded by those playing the Dining Table waiting lottery. Evening dining in the main restaurant was a nightmare with 90 minute waits and no advance reservation possible for couples as table reservation is a "first come first served" lottery. Reservation staff were inattentive to detail, distracted and got the details wrong. Food quality is good when you finally get it. Yellowstone National Park is matchless but as a relaxing base at the end of the day, the Old Faithful Snow Lodge did not meet our needs.

Please don't order and food the cheeseburger &with bacon was raw i mean raw and they closed by time time we got back to the our room and when i called in tge morning the person but me on hold 4 20min and i called back it no answer i called the next day she said someone will call us .never knew from anyone. Please don't waste 50 on two dinners

Only the black bean burger was good. Chicken burger was very bad that we had to throw half of it. Cappuccino coffee was too sweet and made from powder. This restaurant is just good enough to find something to eat in the Yellowstone park.

The Geysers are hot, unlike the food that is being served here.

Close too early. How come did you close at 5pm? People needs to eat dinner and your price should be cheaper compare to all the food vendors here.

The salmon patty was not fresh, soup tastes like canned soup. My brother's burger tastes extremely lean and hard. Much rather pay 16 dollars for the buffet across the street.

Avoid the salmon burger. Most expensive item on menu, labeled as wild Alaskan salmon and absolutely nasty. Seriously, I love Salmon and most fish but I don't know what this was. 6 days later my family is still joking about Mom's fish chum sandwich. Very dissappointing.

It was a pretty cold day and the bowl of beef chilli with crackers was just about right. Yes, it was a bit expensive, but what would you expect at a place like this. Still water is free and tasted good. Staff were friendly in a very busy place. It's good to see that everything used was compostable. Tables were cleared quickly and the place looked clean.

This place needs some positive energy. Food aint terrible at least the cheese burger and the fries. But dont hold any expectation for the price.

Solid and they charged reasonable prices

Every single time I get the chicken sandwich, it's under cooked. Today I decided to spend my 30 min lunch break there since I couldn't go to EDR. I waited my entire break for my food to get a simple cheeseburger and had to ask for them to make it to go. I tried to eat it after work but of course it's just plain disgusting. Just don't go here. Ever. They don't seem to care about their guests at all either.

If you just want some fries for a snack while you wait for Old Faithful to erupt, then this is a good spot. Unfortunately, nothing else really stands out. The line is usually long and it's expensive for what you get.

honestly the worst experience ive ever had with food. Charging $7.50 for a chicken wrap which tastes like an old shoe. I even wonder if they taste the food themselves. I almost never give a one-star rating but I wish I could even rate this lower.

Had the salmon burger here, my husband ate a cheeseburger. The buns were cold, the burgers and fries looked like they’d been left out all day. Stomach hurt bad after! Would not recommend.
